Here's a New One
Posted By: Elliot
Sorry to bring up another scammer, but this guy is hiding behind the "square trade" seal of approval, in addition to the powerseller designation. It is also worrisome, IMO, because the seller also sells legitimate items. He has buried the fact that what he is selling is a reprint in his copy, with the wording that this "rare" item MIGHT be a reprint. I thought ebay didn't allow this type of listing anymore. I was under the impression that ebay required a seller to know what he was selling.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4240&item=51094686 44&rd=1

Posted By: Judge Dred
It would appear that there are a lot of sellers in violation of the "authenticity disclaimer" policy. It would be nice to see ebay do something about these sellers and end the listings but I get the feeling that they only scratch the surface of the problem.
