best and quickest way to uncurl an OJ

Posted By: warshawlaw
Just got a pair of really nice boxers but they have a curl to them. In the past I've used a plexiglas holder with male-female screws that I gradually tighten over a period of months to uncurl 19th century cards. Is there any quicker method that does not damage the cards?

However, if you really are determined to do this I have had success in the past simply immersing the cards in water, patting them dry on some paper towels and then putting them in a screw down holder. My experience is that water has no lasting effect on Old Judge cards. When they dry I have never seen any evidence from the soaking. Good luck!
