This one is kinda sad....
Posted By: AdamBaxter

I don't think this guy's a scammer, just misinformed.
This is not a $200,000 card. This is technically not an antique. However, he obviously believes it is, because he keeps it in a bank vault. If the back story is on the level I don't want to be the one to break it to him.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=31719&item=4126117 242&rd=1

This one is kinda sad....
Posted By: hankron
but, even if Adolf Hitler willed this card to Jesse Owens who gave it Robert DeNiro on the set of Taxi Driver, it wouldn't be worth $200,000.

This one is kinda sad....
Posted By: Lee Behrens
The really odd thing is that if you are serious about buying the card you have to go pick it up. Heck for $200,000, what's another plane ticket and rental car to go get the thing in person.

By the way what set is this card from?

Posted By: Glen V
The set included 3 baseball cards and the Ruth is the most valuable, but even in NM it doesn't quite book for 200k.
