Mayo Die Cuts?
Posted By: Hankron
Scott is correct. They are not popular, are very far from common. If you think they are neat, that's what counts.

They are very similar to the period Victorian scraps, which were tiny colorful die cuts that were commonly pasted into kids albums. While baseball collectors think of scraps as just those die-cuts busts of baseball players, scraps is actually a term applied to a wide range of die cuts that included everyting from flowers to doggies to ballerinas.

And, as I can never leave without posting some useless information-- scraps were original used to decorate cakes.
