I hate to leave this stuff alone but it drives a guy crazy seeing these people pass them off as originals. the seller has 100% feedback, but sells clothing on ebay.

What's a Guy to Do but not bid

Posted By: John(z28jd)
Best thing to do is post it here so maybe the bidders will see it,anyone who collects these cards, and with those scans, should be able to tell theyre not real. There's some bidders on his stuff that should know better so its partly their fault, partly the sellers for either lying or not knowing...someone is gonna be really upset when they get the Tinker card for $120 or more and they find out its a 50 cent reprint

Posted By: runscott
This is a case of a seller probably not knowing that he's selling reprints, and buyers bidding on stuff that they aren't knowledgeable about. If anyone else is thinking about bidding on these, please hold off and instead go buy a few cheap commons from a reputable collector, study them a little, then keep them near your computer for comparing to ebay scans ...also go do a search on ebay and compare to other scans of t206s.

These cards look like they are from the same reprint set as the Matty black cap that GradeTek encapsulated.

Posted By: Lee Behrens
I pointed out the typeset and borders and asked for a scan of the backs. This was the response:

They were bought from a T-206 dealer in tennessee. . They are my husbands
collection that is my connection. I have looked at the auctions for cards
like these. And maybe you should to since you say the typset is different I
have to say you are blind. Because they are most definely the same and if
you look at the different ones they have the borders the same too.

What do I know
