Posted By: jay behrens
Interesting site. My only qualm with it is that there is no way to contact anyone that runs the site. The reason I wanted to do this is that they gave the "Brainard" Guy Hecker for the 1884 AA but failed to note that not only did he have a great year pitching, but that year became the only pitcher ever to win a batting title.

Jay

Posted By: John(z28jd)
Its an interesting site at least i dont agree with all of it but its still neat.My biggest problem was the UA voting
He picks 2 st louis pitchers who were very good but without hose guys pitching the team did just as good if not better.
They went 49-11 with those 2 pitching,45-8 with other pitchers.
Bill Sweeney went 40-21(12 more wins than anyone else) for baltimore, but they went just 18-26 without him.Besides wins he also led in innings, complete games and finished 2nd in strikeouts.I would have to give it to him
