In 22 days the window shuts and anyone who finds questionable holders in their collections or inventory will have to pursue other remedies to be made whole.<BR><BR>There is a reason that the public has been told very little. This scenario, as vile as it is, is a blatant attempt to minimize the public's awareness. <BR><BR>Further, many who have identified WIWAG cards have placed numerous calls to the FBI as directed by PSA and the calls are not returned. I am one of those people.

In order to avail yourself of this opportunity, please make contact with the Victim/ Witness Coordinator within 45 days of the receipt of this communication."<BR><BR>I have called that number on several occasions and no one has returned my calls. I am not familiar with the exact method in which WIWAG replaced cards, but it might be safe to assume that they do not have records of every single holder they tampered with. If this is the case, neither PSA or WIWAG will be able to come up with such a list.<BR><BR> <BR>
