Posted By: <b>RobertS&nbsp; </b><p>Does anyone know where I can get a list of major leaguers (players, coaches, managers) who were in the armed services during WWII. <BR><BR>I'm particularly interested if any ever served in Spokane, playing for the team there that often played other Pacific Coast teams from other bases and even high school, college and semi-pro teams.<BR><BR>Since my question about card storage methods failed to elicit any suggestions, I figured I would ask another question that would light up this board even less!<BR><BR>Actually, I could really use the info for a research project I am doing on a trove of old West Coast photos.<BR><BR>Thanks.
