Posted By: Peter Calderon
If you read the Fullcount board you know what Andy Baran went through when he bought a PSA graded M101.5 Ruth card that turned out to be a reprint. He prepared this so all of us can learn how to spot the fakes. They are kinda large images and may take a minute to load but are certainly worth the wait. Thanks Andy.

Look at: http://www.caramel-cards.com/reprint1.html

Posted By: Andy Baran
I got in touch with a prominent dealer/collector (he has asked me not to mention his name, but I owe him a great deal of gratitude) who got me in contact with Steve Rocci, who I believe is the president at PSA. Steve arranged for me to hand deliver the card to his assistant at the White Plains. Steve, and his graders, looked at the card, and determined that it was in fact a fake. Steve issued me a full refund for the purchase price of my card within 2 weeks.

I was very frustrated trying to get in touch with someone of authority at PSA, but once I did, Steve handled the situation quickly, professionally, and fairly.
