2 Nice/Rare Vintage Glove examples in CIA auction!
 

Just wanted to alert vintage Glove/Mitt/Equipment collectors to a couple of rare vintage gloves in the current CIA auction. Two cool examples that are seldom-seen, and look to be “flying under the radar”…

First is an awesome Fielders Mitt that is diminutive in size, but is a high quality adult model in great condition. During the Dead Ball Era, these Mitts were often used by outfielders, as referenced by the Joe Jackson image on the 1916 D & M Catalogue. Link below, for Lot 114….

Second is a rare Wilson 2-Finger Model. Novelty gloves always command a premium, and this is no exception. Condition of this one is great as well, with no ink, tears, re-lacing or restoration. A cool attention-getter, for sure! Link to Lot 200 is linked below…
