The top is a signed SI while the bottom is a signed 1999 scorecard. opinions on the SI signature being authentic?

Can you post an image of the signature in question from farther back? Woods had at least two different autopen templates that were used in that era for requests that came through or were sent out in the mail. That appears like it might be on of them if the piece on top is the one in question.
