Babe Ruth Photo - Event Identification

Another photo identification long shot. Was curious if any members of the group might know the event this photo took place at. I thought perhaps this was from Spalding Sports Show in 1944, but having trouble confirming this in my research. Nothing on the back indicates the event either, at least to my knowledge.

On April 5, 1934 – Babe Ruth, sponsored by Quaker Oats, agrees to do three 15-minute broadcasts a week over NBC. The total of $39,000 for 13 weeks is $4,000 more than his New York Yankees contract.

Oh, you think this was part of his Quaker Oats sponsorship?

If Juan Soto played every inning of the 162 game schedule, he would make $32,000 per inning.

Here’s a pic that claims 1944, he appears to be wearing the same suit

Nate - It’s almost has to be exactly what you thought it was

I appreciate it! I had a feeling. My only hesitation before I considered myself 100% confident, was the fact I couldn’t photo matching any of the kids.

Here are some more kids for you to consider, but tough to photo match with this quality.

Thanks! The fact this was a series over the course of multiple weeks makes me feel confident this is the series/event it was from, despite the lack of a photo match. Would have been awesome to definitively nail down, but absolutely seems like a safe bet still.

He also did the show in 1943 (which you can read about in the article on the right side of the 1944 image I posted). Here’s an ad for the 1943 show. I do think his attire in your pic more fits with what he wore in some 1944 images, though.
