I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

I really haven't heard anyone express any type of issues with them....... and I've been hangin around for a long time :)

They are exactly like using PSA to grade a card. Yes there has been a lot of bad things from them but overall they are way better than nothing most of the time.

Big thing is to make sure you understand the exact wording on the product description.

Steve Hart is the expert on unopened material. Has he made mistakes. Probably. But as previously stated his opinion carries a lot of weight on that side of the hobby.

He is PSA’s expert on unopened packs as well. I believe he authenticates them but I believe they assign the grade before encapsulating if a grade is assigned.
