This card shows Hall of Fame manager Bobby Cox as a player. It predates his Topps "rookie" card by two years. It was issued as part of a set of Venezuelan League players, distributed only in Venezuela. It has a similar design to 1967 Topps cards and is believed to be a Topps issue. This card is extremely rare.
