I pretty much have my opinion, but need some Net54 experts.

I don’t like the mantle at all. Looks like the typical forgery type. No “mantle bounce” to the sig.

I’m not a Williams expert but I would imagine that’s bad too. The jagged tops to the m is usually a sign of bad along some other areas.

Why are they good in your opinion? I think that we do more harm than good by just offering opinions without truly knowing the autograph. And I’m not saying that to be mean. But I think these are both pretty bad and I just don’t want to offer a meaningless opinion because it just confuses people.

FWIW, I think they r bad and were too cheap also
