Value of Damaged 1936 Press Pin?

Hi - I know someone who is looking to sell/trade this 1936 press pin. I found numerous auction results for examples that are in nice shape but I can't determine how much the condition issues effect value. What do you think a fair value is? $200? Thank you for your input.
