James Frank Baker (1914-2002)
 

I'm hoping someone is familiar with this James Frank Baker aka Frank or J. Frank Baker. He is said to have been on the Charlotte team. Based on his date of birth being 1914, I suspect his playing years could have been in the 1932-1950 range. I couldn't find anything in Baseball Reference. Thanks!
