My neighbor gifted this to me and was wondering if it looks authentic to you. I'm a card guy only so this is new to me. Not sure who the authenticator is here. So, real or fake? If real, approximate value?

I don’t believe this is authentic unfortunately. The signature doesn’t look correct and COA sticker in the bottom corner appears to be one of the many reproduced garden variety that are common on eBay.
