This Jimmy Carter signed 8x10 features an image of a 1980 campaign stop in Texarkana, AK when Bill Clinton was a 32-year old first-term governor. It came from a collector who had items signed by Carter toward the end of his term. It’s a magnificent full signature of that era — he later abbreviated it to “J Carter.”
