An attempt at an early Mantle signature. I'd have to look at exemplars of Tony Kubek and Elston Howard. Mantle used that style pretty early on, would it be used when he was teammates with the other two?
Not offering an opinion on the authenticity, but That first M seems to be in line for the possible time period. |
