Tiffany's gonna be pissed!

I got it today and completed it since I was interested in its content. I don’t grade much with PSA but actively use the pop report and set registry. Asked mostly about knowledge and use of existing services and thoughts on potential new services. Took about 10 mins to complete.

Does the survey ask if we want our prized cards residing diagonally within the slabs, in crumpled baggies? Can't wait to pay them extra money to clean our cards before they mount them so beautifully.
