using Zelle for payment to auction house

I tried to use Zelle, but says my max limit is 1k. Now, can i send 2 payments to REA?? Can i send the 1K now and send the rest the next day??
Not know how Zelle works????
Anyways, i did contact REA as well, just want to hear your responses/experiences while waiting to hear back.

Nevermind-- REA was really quick in responding.
I was able to send 2 separate payments just now back to back.
They said they get this all the time.
Good to know.

I had this issue previously, though my bank would not let me do back-to-back transactions. My winning total was around $2,040 and I had to split it up over three days. I just let REA know what I was doing and in the notes for each individual transaction I just let them know it was transaction x of 3. So, if anyones bank has a hard daily limit, at least REA will work with you.

Nearly all banks have a daily limit which is usually based on the account holders average daily balance.

I have a large number of winners that pay by Zelle and many people make multiple payments each 24 hours to pay their invoices, not a problem at all.

I just call my bank and have them temporarily raise my daily limit. I have done it several times over the last 20+ years with zero problems.

To be fair, Zelle has not been around 20 years. And Zelle sets the limits, not your bank.

I was just referring to bank limits. I have never used Zelle.:)

Then that would be a more helpful comment for the bank limits post probably and maybe not relevant to the Zelle post.
