Reinstated Players Card Values - Will it Help, Hurt, or Have No Impact ? POLL

What do you all think? Just the “big names or will the lesser known/non-HOF level players increase as well?

No impact. Rose and Jackson are already worth more than if they hadn't been banned. The others all benefit from the ban as well, so removing it doesn't help.

zero effect - the Black Sox are already high value, Jackson is probably higher than if he was a HOFer

Only thing I could see is Pete Rose autographs MIGHT get a bump

No one knows or cares about Cozy Dolan, Phil Douglas or any of those non Black Sox guys

Agree should not affect the values - probably be a few more people looking for the cards and a few more people selling them - Unless the powers to be can somehow artificially inflate values of the more notable cards like cracker Jack Jackson’s and Nice grade Pete Rose rookies

I mean Jackson is worth a LOT more than Speaker and Rose is worth a LOT more than Carew, contemporaries who were arguably equal to or greater than their banned counterparts.

If they get in, I suspect it'll raise the value. There are buyers who go after HOFers only, so it'll raise the # of buyers ... my thinking anyway :)

Have to wonder about the counterbalance of shill bidding.
