1930’s N.Y. Yankees Spring Training Footage Ruth/Joe D, Gehrig etc.

I know there have been several attempts at colorizing and showing a few clips, but I stumbled across this earlier on youtube.

I think its one of the more complete/quality vids I have seen of anything like this.

I figured it would be linked here, as you guys don't miss much. But a quick search and I couldn't find this exact one. It was posted 11 days ago.

It appears to be several short clips bundled together and recolored.
The only thing off is at 2-3 points, Lou Gehrig's jacket, Ruth's hair and a few other items seem to have a bit of a purplish tint. Its only in brief spots though, and overall very well done.

If you have seen this, great. If you haven't, its pretty amazing and you are going to love it....it was definitely worth posting this in case some of you haven't seen it yet.

BABE RUTH, JOE DIMAGGIO, LOU GERHIG, JOE MCCARTHY......and others.

Enjoy this one.

Very cool! I also have never seen this and I think this is the best quality I have ever seen of the babe.

The fact that our focus is always on single images of these players on cards and collectibles (coupled, of course, with the endless yammering about WAR), it is wild actually seeing
these thin as a rail, overly-clothed players in action as actual warts and all human beings and NOT (for example) just hitting a momentous home run, is waaaaay beyond cool!!!!!!

we can find the exact year of this spring training... right at the 2.30 minute mark they ask babe how many games he will play.. and he responds by saying he is 40... born in 1895.. puts this video at 1935.. whats odd is he was in spring training with the Braves in 1935.. so maybe this was 1934?
