Nice 7! Are those some sort of printers marks at N,S, E,W borders?

Paper loss on bottom left corner (I think). If that's the case 1.5. If not, 4.5 would be my guess.

Is this a sneaky sheet cut proof, that gets the Scarlet A?

Interesting observation

I hadn't noticed that. Anyone familiar with that possibility here? They are not super clear as I've seen on other proofs, but are certainly there!?

That's what I was thinking.....something might be up with that corner.

Otherwise, I agree, it looks like a 4ish to 5

But it must be low, hence the question about it..

One other thing, and it's probably just me, but the top left corner, maybe to a half inch or so down on the left, looks kind of narrow from the pic

I'll go with a 2 on it, for the grade

My guess is "Authentic - Evidence of trimming"

perezfan 05-05-2025 06:25 PM

Auth

Lucas00 05-05-2025 06:34 PM

If not authentic I guess 5.

BobbyStrawberry 05-05-2025 06:37 PM

Those edges look awfully "perfect" to me so I would guess A...

If not A, i'll guess PSA 3.5, SGC 2.5

The reveal

Leon gets the prize!

I had it pegged at 4.5-5.5 before sending it in. To me this begs the question of what is the difference between "wear" and "paper loss"?? Because if we are calling the small amount of paper that appears rubbed away at that bottom corner "paper loss", then we should be calling corners that are so worn that there is more paper missing from the card than is missing from this card "paper loss" as well. Whatever we are going to call it, I still find a "2" utterly ridiculous on this card.

Thank you to all who offered your opinions.

Anybody have any thoughts on what appear to be those very faint printers proof marks?

BRoberts 05-05-2025 07:11 PM

Congrats on getting a number on that card.

jethrod3 05-07-2025 01:00 AM

I'd guess a 3.5!!

Snowman 05-07-2025 01:50 AM

That's a 2. Bottom left corner on the back

Centauri 05-07-2025 04:10 AM

Once again proving that PSA has lost the plot. That is a 4 or 5 by any reasonable standard, and in comparison the thousands of 2’s out there for this set.

Round down that corner Until the area with the paper loss is completely gone and get a 3.5

Precisely! Their idiot "standards" are such a joke.

puckpaul 05-07-2025 10:20 AM

With that top border i would be happy with a great looking 2.
