Dean Batter Up Authentic?
2 Attachment(s)
Picked this up on ebay. Would appreciate opinions on authenticity. TIA

Looks great to me

Seconded. I assume the consensus here will be that it’s authentic but trimmed :D.

Far as I can see no issue for this one. It even has a bonus of a 'K' on the back to indicate Dizzy was a strikeout king during his prime.

Thank you

Have these been faked? With the die cut that would be an expensive proposition.

I've seen die cutting mats, and they wouldn't be hard to make one that was just good enough. |
I think the color on the front and the back of the cardboard looks just fine. Sorry you had to think about it, you just never know these days - Happy collecting!

And the Dean card looks fine to me. Hard to tell if it's trimmed, from the pic... . |

I was just joking about the propensity around here to declare every card trimmed.

Key take away, don't buy high grade pre-war cards with tiny borders. I see them all of the time and they make me sigh! . The back on this card has no value increase. (to be on topic) |
