April pickup

Picked this up from auction. My cost was under $400. I considered it a pretty good buy because the Sandy Koufax and Jackie Robinson stamps alone are going pretty high in value, even if you didn't want the autographs of Snider, Newcomb, Zimmer, Furillo, Amoros, Reese, etc., which are on some of the stamps. The album is intact and the stamp sheets have not been separated or affixed to the player pages. Lifetime Dodger fan, so I'm pleased.

That was a steal and a half, Richie. This one went completely off my radar or else I would have been competing. So many incredible offerings as of late.

Pretty happy with this one. Of the few front-signed examples, the majority seem to have one flaw or another. I think it actually looks nice in red. Cropped to hide cert # so that "my old uncle" with a post count of zero doesn't offer it to anyone.

Thanks Guys.
Really like the Foxx plaque. Have his autograph on a picture that I got from him when I was probably 13 or so, through the mail back then. That was like 60 years ago.
Appreciate if you’d keep me in mind for vintage MLB Managers autographs on anything flat from the 1890s to 1920s era. I do realize that due to scarcity some of the ones on my Want List may be unavailable or unaffordable.
I’d like to share my Want List, it’s about 40 names, if I can get your email addresses.
Have a great day!

Nice! That's my grail if I can continue my collection (I may have to sell some off depending on how my cat's vet visit goes today.)

Definitely an impressive collection of HOF signed plaques!

Good luck with your cat so you can grow the collection.

Thanks. She has mild chronic kidney disease but no hospital visit required. Just will need more expensive food and some joint supplements for her arthritis. We think she's nearly 16.

My son and his family have 2 cats and one has had health issues the past couple of weeks. They become members of your family and it was devastating to him what the cat was experiencing. Things seem better now but through him I can understand what you are going throug.

I was able to add to both my deadball and T206 collections.
