Using VCP (or other app) to track your PC?
Wondering what apps or systems other collectors here use to track their own PC cards... since most of mine are graded, I am leaning toward using VCP.
But I'm not sure how to account for my non-graded cards using VCP. Any other apps or systems that collectors here use and might recommend? |

I always tell members to self grade it and then in the notes field put RAW that way you know it is not graded when you look at your MC Hope this helps |
First, Bobby, I love VCP. Thanks, keep up the good work!
From a PC standpoint, I can’t recommend tcdb any higher. You can log graded cards, track prices paid, search using almost any known information and find what you are looking for, etc. It’s got kinks, but it does a great job with all the PC tools I need as a team collector. |
Being a set registry goon, I use PSA's set registry app to track everything.
I've never tried it, but you're supposed to also be able to track non-PSA stuff in there. Since I've never tried it, I have no idea whether it actually works. |

One follow up question - is there any way for me to include a scan of my actual card? I see there is a space for the cert number. |
VCP for me!

I started off using vcp to track my collection when I was first starting to collect and it was really useful when I had a lot of cards that transacted often. Since Ive started to collect more and more cards that dont transact publicly all that much ive found it less helpful for keeping track of my collection. I still use it often to look up the values of cards but have moved on to my own spreadsheet, with my own ways of keeping track of values and such in an excel doc.

Excel spreadsheet to track my cards and purchase prices, VCP to check values, and Flickr to upload images to. - |
I use excel / Google sheets and have multiple sheets in the workbook
-Current Collection with purchase price & Current value -Want List -Transactional data for last 5 years -price list of some sets I’m doing research on I like google sheets because I can pull up the app at a card show and it makes it easy to look up comps without having to wait for something to load I also like being able to filter between sets etc |

Thanks I take pride in fixing things in minutes and not days...maybe because we are mom and pop and not corporate. |

Love VCP and I will second that any corrections I send in are changed very quickly.
Also, while the exact cards I own are not shown, stock images of the cards are shown (although I am not sure how the order is selected). |
