I know a couple have sold in the past but has anyone ever seen a double sided version that’s in REA right now?

Yes, I have seen a double sided copy. I had an opportunity to purchase an example about a year ago, but it would have required a ton of restoration as it was covered with old wallpaper which is what kept me from pursuing it in the end.
