Help with value, 1927 Baseball Magazine, Cobb cover
 

I’m at a local show this weekend and saw this great looking Cobb cover (1927) and wondering what folks think is a fair price to pay for it.

There really isn’t much to use from Ebay and though some mag collectors might have some helpful advice.
