Not sure if anyone is a subscriber but essentially, PSA has begun refusing to authenticate certain Lionel Messi factory certified autographed cards due to concerns that they've actually been signed by his brother before being sent back to be inserted into packs.

This is not new (thread linked below from 2022 regarding his brother doing this in 2017-18); makes you wonder why/how its made it this long prior to a scandal developing
