Does Beckett mislabel their slab labels at times?

Just seen a card on E-bay that was in a Beckett slab, with a label that had the incorrect name of the player in the case. What is interesting is that it was labeled as Authentic Autograph and the auto is easily readable. The card was a Bill Terry and the label stated 1973 TCMA Autograph series #7 Bill Dickey Authentic Autograph. 00017216298. The seller is Baseball Card Exchange. The seller has been on E-bay since 1998. They have 105215 feedbacks. Their feedback rating is 100%.
Did not realize that Beckett would make this type of error, especially on an Autograph card that they are stating is Authentic Autograph. Now this seller has to go through the trouble of having Beckett fix the situation and I wonder if Beckett would charge that person to fix their mistake and how long would they take.
I have not seen a PSA/DNA label in this situation.

LOL, just look a little harder. I have personally owned several PSA mislabeled cards. It is kinda rare but with all the cards each grader has graded it isn't hard to find mistakes from any of them.

PSA does it all the freaking time. Do a google search for PSA + "mechanical error". At least they fix it for free including shipping in both directions.

Notify the seller to send it back to BGS and they'll likely fix it for free as well.
