eBay Coupon?

I bought a card yesterday, and in doing so saw a clickable notification that there was a coupon code available.
Since the card cost more than $150, I was able to get a cool ten bucks knocked off, which is nice. It's not earthshaking or anything, but it took care of shipping and a bit of tax, so I love it!! My thinking was that it was from that particular seller, but I see the same thing sitting atop my eBay home page today, so it may be for everyone?? I have the offer too. When I click on "TERMS" it takes me to a page with items I have looked at and saved.
Some are BIN. Don't want to click on an item if I can't use the coupon. Any idea how to find the "TERMS"? |
