I know he has a rare 1997 card from Japan but it's insanely pricey. I'll settle for the 1999.

There is a 2007 Rafo Fighters card of Bernard Hopkins. Tough to find, but not impossible. PSA is grading these now.

Also, based on the records I have, it looks like the Hopkins Japan World card was issued in the October 1998 issue.
