T206 Davidson EPDG - Opinions on back

New member here, I collected tobacco cards as a kid in the late 80s and just recently got my old cards out with my 13 year-old son. We decided to collect the 5 Indianapolis cards. I found this Davidson for sale with the EPDG back, which looks super nice to me, but I’m new to grading and standards.

Any opinions on what this card would grade with PSA, and is the back too light/faded or am I being paranoid?

Back is fine. In the old days that card could get a 6. In today's "harsher is better" landscape...probably a 5.

Could get as low as a 3.5 depending on how they take the back chipping on the bottom and whether they consider it paper loss or not. But I'd guess 4.5.

Thank you both for your input, I think I’ll go ahead and buy this one, I’ll update here whenever it gets a grade.

I think it is a 5 on a typical day. 4 on a bad day.

Absolutely beautiful card! I love the EPDG backs. My guess would be a 4 provided there are no little wrinkles that your cam didn’t pick up. I’d send it to SGC if it were mine, but that’s just personal preference.

It will be a 3.
