Any advice or connections at PSA?

Hello all

I wonder if anyone has any connections or suggestions how to speak to someone in management at PSA.

I am beyond frustrated with their inability or unwillingness to try and help me. The issue was my own fault to start - I sent in two packages for grading, one to PSA and the other to SGC. And like a dope, I sent the wrong package to the exact opposite address (SGC got my PSA box, and SGC got my PSA box)

SGC was amazing - they called me immediately when they realized my mistake, worked on it me same day, I gave them my credit card and paid for them to ship the cards back to me. This was all done very professionally and promptly.

By comparison, I’m not sure I’ve ever had a worse customer experience over the same issue at PSA. Weeks and weeks and weeks have now passed and I get an occasional message from customer service with very unclear direction, in frequent follow up to my questions, and an absolute disregard for a request to have a live conversation with someone there so we can simply resolve this.

I’m wondering if anyone here has any direct connections to someone in management there that I can have a live conversation with. It’s like trying to connect with someone in the CIA, some weird private operative, unwilling to reach out to me to discuss and try and resolve.

I’m really stuck - and hoping someone here might have a connection there.

Thx for any advice or connections.

Jeff

What a shocker......... NOT!

Sorry this is happening. They have no customer service whatsoever, and they care nothing about the customer. Hope you find a contact, and best of luck getting it resolved.

Jeff......at this rate, you'll have to fly cross-country to get them yourself. Dealing with 'customer NO service' departments is very frustrating.

Nat is very active and responsive on social media, I've messaged him a few times on Instagram and he replies pretty quickly.

Would like that very much - which platform do you suggest? Does he have his own instagram page?

Here is his Instagram. He's pretty active on that platform although I've never really interacted with him.

I saw a post a day or two ago that they're currently LOGGING submissions from late November. So it's no surprise that they're ghosting you until they can locate your package.

Tried to find the post, but can't remember which of the 4 sites I read daily it was on.

FYI, Nat responded very quickly and his team, in turn also worked quickly to help send my misguided package back to me.

Thx for the suggestion to reach out - I was impressed that he/they handled it so quickly. Too bad had to find my way to the CEO for such a mundane issue.

Clearly, they are struggling to keep up with demand. It’s not great.

He replied very quickly via his instagram account and things resolved very quickly after that.

They sound like they are completely buried and can’t keep up.
