I just got this sheet with the sporting pictures on it. Does anyone have any information about it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That's the set. Really tough to find.

The one card in the set that does not exist (so far) but would be a dream card would be Gene Tunney, who took the heavyweight gold medal. The most recognizable confirmed name in the set is Eddie Eagan, who was a gold medal boxer in the 1920 Olympics and a gold medal bobsledder in the 1932 Olympics. Only man to get golds in both summer and winter games.

Technically, Eddie Eagan is not the first person to win a gold medal in both the winter and summer Olympics. The first person to do it was Gillis Grafström from Sweden. Even though most of the traditional Olympic events for 1920 Antwerp were held from July to September they decided to try and introduce some winter sports at those games. Figure skating and ice hockey were part of the program though held at the end of April at an indoor rink in Antwerp. Graftröm won the gold medal in men's figure skating. He would repeat that in Chamonix 1924, the first winter Olympic games and Sankt Moritz in 1928.

There is no photo of Eagan boxing in Antwerp so the Inter-Allied Games photo was used for every card issued for him. I do have a photo of him during or just after the games wearing his Yale letterman's sweater and holding the trophy all gold medal winners received at the 1920 games.
