Artvue Plaque question
 

I have a few plaques where they do not quite have the bolt but are not open (see below) Does anyone know if they are type 1 or 2 or something different. Thanks!

Really nice lefty Grove Signed postcard you have

Type 1s from 1953-55 have 4 empty circles where the bolts would go.

Thanks. I am aware of that. What I do not know are the ones like the Grove- it doesn't really have the bolts but is not open either so I am not sure if type 1 or 2. I have a few others where the hole isn't empty but not a bolt (similar to the Grove) but are labeled type 2. So wondering what this Grove is?
