1926-29 Exhibits Judge batting signed in fountain pen

planning to send back to PSA for a dual grade, but listing here just in case someone would like it as is and a little cheaper than it will be. My guess is it will grade a 4/8 or a 4/9. Possibly a 3 on the card grade, but that would be harsh. Don't think it has a chance at a 5.
