Welp! There goes my trust in the USPS.

The articles only indicate the auction house is a consignment shop in Clifton New Jersey. Is it Probstein?

I'm surprised this doesn't occur more often, and not just in Clifton New Jersey.

He agreed to pay $108k but I wonder if that will really happen
The court always award it and many times it is agreed to but rarely ever happens.

I’m more interested in who is “company 4” in the court docs who is noted to have purchased several of the cards and then resold them at “a fraction” of their value.

Missing probably stolen merchandise

I bet half the sellers on here have had some missing items--the USPS is stingy to reimburse the total covered insurance. I have been lucky with only $1,500 in missing items, both USPS and FedEx, stuff shows tracking, then just stops, never to show any progress, never to arrive--I found out there is a time limit to make a claim. My private insurance coverage covered around 800.00 when USPS denied my claim.
