Gartlan Small Plates/Cards/Disks Question

8 Attachment(s)
This weekend I picked up some Gartlan 3" plates, baseball card sized porcelain cards, and some flat 3" porcelain disks. I thought I would be able to just look up these items on Ebay. But the problem I encountered was that most of these items are signed by Gartlan, or Gartlan and the artist. One of the 3" plates is even signed on the front by Rod Carew. I couldn't find any of these items on Ebay that were signed. So my question is what is your best guess at value with the added signatures? Did they produce a limited number that were signed? If so, how many per item? I even picked up a George Brett 3" plate that says it is 1/1 and is marked as "First Piece". Any help you can provide would be appreciated. I've provided front and back pictures of some of the items.

If you're listing them on eBay from California, don't they need to be authenticated first? Did they come with COAs?

John, I really don't know anything about the requirements to sell these on EBay. And no, there are no COA's with any of these items. They just came in small individual cardboard boxes.

I get that these aren't a fan favorite to collect, but I was really hoping someone knew how many of these were signed by Mr. Gartlan and the artist. I'm assuming a very limited number and that that should in turn affect the value.
