ID Help - 1990s NBA Shoes; Vintage Football 3x5s
 

Going through some old stuff and came across these in my "no ID" stuff.

The basketball shoes should be from the early to mid-1990s, I thought maybe Jud Buchler but doesn't quite match up.

The index cards are highly likely to be football players, and most likely college football players. A number of the ones I got in that collection were College FB Hall of Famers but I couldn't match any of these. They could also be early NBA players (1950s).

All help, or even guesses appreciated.
