Your CJ reminds me of the CJ's I avoid. For whatever reason, there is a fairly large grouping that seems to show the same wear pattern. I think heavy corner rounding is somewhat unusual with CJ's, though you do see it, more likely to have folds or tears in the low grades. These heavily rounded corners are paired with heavy soiling, with the soiling heavier on the edges (possibly an attempt at artificial aging). So, if it has the round corners with the soiling, I won't touch it. This combination often is seen with writing on the front as well. Yours has all three, but it was what could be a caramel stain...which is the first I've seen on a card that has the other characteristics. Here are a couple examples of what I avoid.
