Looking to buy a 1915 Cracker Jack Album…..it can be the whole album ( preferred) or just the front cover only. Message me if you have one for sale.

There was one that was in really rough shape on ebay last month. Went for really cheap I thought

You talking about the one that sold for just shy of $900? What was rough about that one? Perhaps you saw another one I didn't

Album

There will be a pretty nice example of a complete one selling with REA in their spring auction.

The example that sold for $900 bucks on EBay recently was a steal. Congrats to the collector who snagged it.

There was however a second one that sold on EBay roughly about the same time for just over $100 bucks. It was missing all of its pages though and had writing on the front cover.

Still a very tough item to find in nice condition.

I agree with all that has been said……thanks for the comments and knowledge. I’m hoping I find one, even if it is just the cover.

I love the idea of this album. I've always wanted one but never owned. I just wish the cover had a little more eye appeal. Would make it so much more attractive to display. Would have been cool if they made the embossed logo on the cover red.

That’s what they did with the anniversary set album in 1993, albeit they are “mini “ versions and only issued 24 , even though the album will hold more cards.

In 2008 on Antiques Road Show a woman has brought an album of Cracker Jack Cards……with all the biggies …Ty Cobb, Joe Jackson, Honus Wagner and Christy Mathewson( the 1914 one)
Here are some images. When I first saw this, I knew nothing about the 1915 album……..this has to be a 1915 album……too bad they didn’t show the front cover. He said it was worth $30,000 to $40,000 as is. I bet someone wishes they could get all this in and original album for that price today.

I saw that episode. That's my vote for the best hobby find in the history of baseball cards. I'd love to know what happened to that album.

Absolutely, I agree 100%….no way would I have removed them from the album.
