George Mikan Signed Photo (1948 Bowman Rookie Card Pose)

I purchased this photo this past summer from a gentleman in Minnesota. I'm not well versed in photos, but since this one has an autograph extremely similar to the example that sold through Heritage this past summer for $8700.

Can I safely assume that my photo (in admittedly worse condition) is also a Type 1?

Any thoughts on value in the current condition?

Would it be worth getting authenticated and slabbed considering the condition issues?

Great find and the auto looks good to me. Really hard to tell type 1/3 without being a serious photo expert especially around that exact time frame. Either way it's worth grading.
