I purchased a lot of signed Chicago Cubs contracts and found this in there which I though was interesting. Former MVP Phil Cavaretta's first major league contract, signed when he was 17 years old so his dad had to sign it as well.

Note the "Cavarretti". Still a few years off from being a household name in Chicago!
