Hof monte irvin and kevin connors ( the rifleman ) almendares team 1948-49
 

Monte Irvin and Kevin Connors in the 1948-49 Cuban winter season played for the Almendares team, which that year won the Cuban championship and also won the 1st Caribbean Series in Havana. I show some photos of different posters with the Almendares players and some signed by Monte Irvin during the visits he made to my house in 2004, most of which he had never seen, he really liked the one in color, and He asked me to get him one, I looked for it among my old things and I found it, when he visited me two days later I gave it to him and he was very happy, unforgettable memories for me.

These are very cool , being a Giants collector it's nice to see some new (to me) Giants memorabilia, Monte was a heck of a player , particularly in 1951. Thanks for sharing !
