Need help with this anti-smoking sportscard set.

This weekend, I picked up these 12 cards of former Jet Earl Christy. The cards appear to be a set from Long Island, NY designed to turn kids against smoking.

Each card is hand stamped by the school nurse. I have seen two different cards of former Yankee Whitey Ford from the same set, with a slightly different back. PSA called them a 1974 set. Anyone have any details about the set? A better year? Who made them? Any other players?

Way back in the day when I edited the Beckett Almanac of Baseball Cards and Collectibles we called the Ford card a 1967 Nassau Health Ford one-card set. My guess is Christy was issued, looking at the back of the card, at about the same time and I'd call that a 1967 card as well

That’s very interesting. So, in my brief research on this, I have found that there are actually two different Whitey Ford cards (pictured here). The backs are also different as my card mentions both Nassau and Suffolk counties whereas the Ford card lists only Nassau County. The two Ford cards also have different back styles from each other. That must mean that there were different print runs, no?

Both player’s homes are listed as different towns in Long Island, New York, so I guess that’s the focus of how players were chosen? Were there other cards of other players who lived on Long Island? Has anyone ever seen a third player?
