R423 and gumball charms
 

Does anyone know if r423s were cut up to make the gumball charms
ITPC Is auctioning charms I've never seen befoe
And the pictures match the r423 strips
The Ralph branca he has even has the # and name on bottom..so that 1 is 100% the r423 strip
