Hank Aaron Maganovox "baby bat"

My godmother was a traveling salesperson for magnavox in the 70s. She had some items leftover. Nothing earth shattering, but she mentioned this 21" baby bat was very rare. I can't remember seing another. Any ideas if it was a salesman sample or the like? Any help appreciated

Compared to the standard bat in the photo

Not sure what you’re trying to find out, but this type of ball park mini souvenir bat has been around for over 100 years. If we could see the H&B center label better, it should be easy to approximate the date/age of your bat. I have older bats that I think are actually salesman samples that are much shorter. Lots of mini Aaron bats listed on EBay every day - some 21 inches.

Thanks, these were a gift to sales people Magnavox which came with a "715 home run" pin, a booklet and a large bat. These three were available with the purchase of a TV to consumers in 1974, but the baby bat was given to employees in 1973 with the large bat. However, the plaque on the large bat doesn't have the date filled in as it was before he hit 715.
